By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent. If you misrepresent your age, you assume full responsibility for any consequences.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether authorized or not. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion (see Section 6 and Section 19).
You retain ownership of any Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works of your Content in connection with the Service. This includes the right to use your name, username, likeness, and profile information for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.
You may not use the Service to:
Violate any law or regulation.

(See our Community Guidelines for a complete list of prohibited behavior. They form part of these Terms.)
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any action against Content or Accounts at any time, with or without notice, with or without providing a reason, including but not limited to:
Removing or hiding Content;
Restricting or limiting visibility;
Applying temporary or permanent strikes;
Suspending or restricting access;
Blocking or banning Accounts;
Decreasing or revoking account status, levels, or features;
Restricting rights, privileges, or functionalities of an Account;
Permanently terminating an Account.
Such actions may be applied temporarily or permanently, at our sole discretion, whether or not the Content or Account explicitly violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, you should promptly report it using the in-app reporting tools.
Subscriptions renew automatically (weekly, monthly, annually, or otherwise) unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your app store account settings.
Free Trials convert into paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Payments (subscriptions, in-app purchases, tokens) are generally non-refundable, unless required by law. For users in Singapore, refund assessments will be made in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you must contact us within 30 days at contact@mint-official.com.
The Service may offer one-time purchases (tokens, credits, unlockables, etc.). Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where legally required. Prices may vary depending on region, currency, and platform provider (e.g., App Store, Google Play).
We may change prices, subscription fees, or available features at any time. If a price change applies to you, we'll notify you in advance and give you the option to continue or cancel before renewal.
Mint may issue tokens or digital rewards to creators or users. Some tokens may be eligible for conversion or withdrawal into real money, subject to eligibility, compliance checks, and platform rules. Other tokens may be non-convertible and have no cash value outside the App. We may modify, limit, or discontinue any token or withdrawal program at our discretion. Where such features are offered in Singapore, they will be operated in compliance with the Payment Services Act 2019 and applicable MAS regulations.
The Service may display advertisements, promotions, or sponsored content around or near your Content. The presence of ads does not entitle you to revenue share, except if you are eligible and enrolled in Mint's monetization program.
Any benefits, statuses, revenue-sharing, or promotional offers are not guaranteed and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at our discretion. Any offers made through the Service, email, or other communications are also subject to this Section and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
The Company may publish, promote, or communicate its own messages, greetings, or opinions. Disagreement or offense does not create liability against us.
All intellectual property in the Service is owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our software, branding, or materials. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA); we will respond per applicable law.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Service;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your Content;
Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights).
Such actions may be applied temporarily or permanently, at our sole discretion, whether or not the Content or Account explicitly violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not affect clauses that by nature should survive (e.g., indemnification, disclaimers, liability limits).
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the Service will function without errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Before initiating arbitration or legal proceedings, you agree to first provide us with written notice of the dispute, including your name, account information, a description of the dispute, and the relief sought. You must send this notice to
contact@mint-official.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If not resolved, either party may proceed with arbitration or other legal remedies as provided in these Terms.
If you are located in the United States:
You agree to resolve any dispute with the Company through binding arbitration rather than in court.
You waive the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Each party may only bring claims in its individual capacity.
If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes must be brought in the courts of Singapore.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you live in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory rights (such as the right to withdraw from online contracts, statutory warranties, or special refund rights), those rights will apply in addition to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users at least 30 days before they take effect. Notification may be provided through in-app messages, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you agree that we may use, adapt, or implement them without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such feedback for any purpose.
Severability:
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
Waiver:
Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms, together with our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
