Child Safety & CSAE Policy – Mint: Create & Share
MINT APP PTE. LTD., developer of Mint: Create & Share, has zero tolerance for any form ofChild Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
The use of Mint: Create & Share to create, upload, share, request, promote, or distribute ChildSexual Abuse Material (CSAM), engage in child grooming, or participate in any predatorybehavior toward minors is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement & Consequences
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination withoutwarning or appeal, removal of all related content, and mandatory reporting to appropriateauthorities, including organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children(NCMEC) and law enforcement agencies, when required by law.
Detection & Reporting
We actively combat CSAE through user reporting tools and human moderation. Reports arereviewed and prioritized based on severity, and escalated to appropriate authorities whenrequired by law.
Legal Cooperation
MINT APP PTE. LTD. fully cooperates with law enforcement and child protection authorities andcomplies with all applicable child safety and reporting regulations.
Your data may be transferred and stored outside your country of residence (including in the U.S. or EU). We apply legal safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalents) to ensure protection of your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make major changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before they take effect. Notification may be provided via in-app messages, email, or other reasonable means.
